Employment Tribunals

• advising you on the strengths and weaknesses of your position, whether you are making or defending a claim;
• completing & submitting the initial claim for an Claimant; or
• completing & submitting the response for a Respondent;
• conducting all negotiations with ACAS, the other party and/or their representative;
• gathering & dealing with all the appropriate evidence;
• managing any supplementary procedures, briefings and interviewing of witnesses; and
• representing you at the tribunal hearing
