VACANCY FOR EMPLOYMENT LAWYER
You will undertake a varied and interesting range of cases providing advice to clients, employers and employees, on all aspects of employment law. Advocacy experience before the ET would be preferable
You should have a strong academic background and a desire to be actively involved in all areas of the development of the practice. It would ideally suit a solicitor/legal executive who has experience in marketing and able to take responsibility for the marketing of the practice and developing the client base. Computing/internet skills necessary.
VACANCY FOR AN EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR
You will be a support role for the employment lawyers within the practice. The Advisor will answer calls from companies and employees on employment issues. Additionally, Advisors will deal with non-contentious matters as well as tribunal procedural and the administrative matters within the practice.
Candidates should be legally qualified, ideally with significant experience in employment law. A good telephone manner is essential.
Located between Southampton and Portsmouth just off the M27

Flexible hours of working and payment on a percentage of fee income may be possible.
